2.3 Installation Procedure

To install USBTester on Windows, follow these steps:

1. Double-click the USBTester installation executable (USBTester140.exe), which is provided in the USBTester installation CD and is also available for download from our web site: http://www.jungo.com/st/usbtester_usb_testing_software.html.

2. Follow the instructions in the graphical installation wizard.

   The following steps are for registered users only:

3. Register your copy of USBTester with the license you received from Jungo:

       (a)

   Run USBTester: Start | Programs | USBTester | USBTester.

       (b)

   From the Help menu, select the About option and insert the license registration string you received from Jungo. Then click the Register button.

You can now proceed to use USBTester to test your USB devices, as explained in Chapter 3. When using the Community Edition, note the limitations described in Appendix C of the manual.
