Founded in 1998, Jungo Software Technologies is a leading provider
of residential gateway software platforms and applications.
Jungo's flagship product, OpenRG, is a residential gateway
software platform that enables Original Equipment Manufacturers
(OEMs) to bring broadband Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) such
as Residential Gateways, SOHO Gateways and Integrated Access
Devices (IADs) to market quickly.
Jungo also develops a premier hardware access product line,
featuring WinDriver - a software development toolkit that enables
developers to quickly create custom device drivers that can run on
a multitude of operating systems without modification.

In the residential gateway market, Jungo has partnered with the leading broadband silicon vendors such as Conexant, IDT, Intel, MIPS, National Semiconductors, to deliver the most extensible broadband access reference designs in the market. Jungo's design win momentum and strong commitment to customer support has propelled Jungo to clear leader status in this emerging market.
- In the device driver development tools market, Jungo's tools have grown to be known as the standard tools for hardware testing and driver development. By partnering with the leading PCI silicon vendors such as PLX, Altera and Quicklogic, and with the leading USB silicon vendors such as Cypress, National semiconductors, and others, Jungo has gained thousands of design wins and millions of installations. Customers include Kodak, NASA, Intel, IBM, and Nortel Networks.
Jungo is a privately held company with corporate offices in San Jose, California, sales and support offices in Taipei, Taiwan and an R&D center in Israel. Ofer Vilenski, Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
Ofer Vilenski co-founded Jungo Software Technologies and through sales of
the company's first product line, WinDriver, a tool for driver development,
brought the company to profitability within its first year. Today, Jungo is
the leading provider of home networking software, driving residential
gateways, VoIP phones, storage devices, and other digital home products.
Prior to Jungo, Ofer worked for Check Point Software Technologies, a global
leader in Internet security solutions, and served as a pilot in the Israeli
Air Force. Ofer also holds the position of president of Israel's Home
Networking Forum, a non-profit organization formed to encourage ongoing
discussion for the advancement of home networking technologies. Ofer
graduated Cum Laude in Computer Science from the Technion, Haifa.
Derry Shribman, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Derry Shribman, Jungo's co-founder, brings to Jungo his extensive experience in
the software development industry, including a solid background in system design
and the development of information systems. Prior to founding Jungo, Mr. Shribman
worked as a senior software developer for Check Point Software Technologies,
and held senior engineering positions at Optibase, a global leader in broadband
digital video streaming solutions, and Chip Express, an established semiconductor
manufacturing company. Mr. Shribman received his MBA from the University of Tel Aviv,
and his BA from the Open University, Tel Aviv.
Udi Yuhjtman, Vice President of Operations and Business Development
Udi Yuhjtman possesses years of senior management experience in developing and promoting
new technologies. Prior to joining Jungo, Mr. Yuhjtman served as the vice president of
engineering at Chip Express, where he was personally responsible for spearheading and
managing all prototyping activities, engineering services and customer support. While
at Chip Express, he approved the design and production of over 1000 ASICs and his contribution
helped Chip Express grow from a start-up to a $40-million revenue generating company. Mr. Yuhjtman
holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion, Haifa.
Ophir Herbst, Chief Operations Officer
Ophir Herbst brings to Jungo a strong background in business management and first hand experience
in developing successful software companies. Prior to
his position as COO, Mr. Herbst was Vice President and General Manager of
Jungo's Software Tools division. Before joining Jungo, Mr. Herbst co-founded and served as the CEO
of MathTools Ltd., a software company specializing in integration products for MATLAB(r) and C++.
Under his management, MathTools grew into a profitable company with leading customers including NASA,
HP and Motorola. MathTools was subsequently acquired by The MathWorks Inc., the developers of MATLAB.
Prior to founding MathTools, Mr Herbst served in an elite unit of the Israel Defense Forces as an officer
and electronics engineer. Mr Herbst holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Haifa.
Eli Fux, Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Mr. Fux brings 18 over years of experience and served in various Marketing, Business Development and Sales
management positions. Before joining Jungo Mr. Fux served as a Senior
Director of Business Development at Marvell Semiconductor Inc
a technology leader in the development of extreme broadband communications and storage solutions. Prior to joining Marvell,
Mr. Fux served as a former Founder and Vice-President of Marketing and Sales
at RADLAN , a leading provider of enterprise networking software which was
acquired by Marvell in February of 2003. Before joining RADLAN, Fux served
as Director of Marketing and Sales in RND, a member of the RAD Group.
