Eran Rom CEO, Jungo (Corporate VP, NDS)
Eran Rom brings to Jungo many years of senior management
experience. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Rom was Jungo's COO
helping the company reach a leading role in the home gateway software
market. Before joining Jungo Mr. Rom served as VP of Sales
at Phonetic Systems. Prior to joining Phonetic Systems, Mr. Rom held a
Vice President of sales and marketing position at Identify software
managing Identify's sales and field operation including direct sales
force, partner and reseller relations. Before that Mr. Rom served as a
Vice President of Product Management at Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd.,
managing large-scale projects and new product strategy. Mr. Rom also
served as a Vice President of Customer Support and Professional
Services at Indigo America Inc.
Ophir Herbst VP & General Manager, Connectivity Software Division
Ophir Herbst brings to Jungo a strong background in business management and
first hand experience in developing successful software companies.
Mr. Herbst serves as Vice President and General Manager of Jungo's Software Tools division.
Before joining Jungo, Mr. Herbst co-founded and served as the CEO of MathTools Ltd.,
a software company specializing in integration products for MATLAB® and C++. Under his management,
MathTools grew into a profitable company with leading customers including NASA, HP and Motorola.
MathTools was subsequently acquired by The MathWorks Inc., the developers of MATLAB. Prior to founding MathTools,
Mr Herbst served in an elite unit of the Israel Defense Forces as an officer and electronics engineer.
Mr Herbst holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Haifa.
Didi Gurfinkel Chief Operations Officer
Didi Gurfinkel has over 12 years of senior management experience in various R&D and project management positions related mostly to the Telecommunications market. His technology expertise is derived from, complex algorithms and Real Time platforms.
Prior to joining Jungo Mr. Gurfinkel held an executive position as the VP of Products at Simigon, providers of simulation and modeling software solutions. Prior to that he worked at ECI, a leading telecommunications company. Mr. Gurfinkel has a BSc in Computer Science.
Rami Amit Chief Technology Officer
Rami Amit brings to Jungo strong technical and market experience. Prior to Jungo he served as VocalTec's CTO. Mr. Amit joined VocalTec, pioneer of the VoIP industry, in 1993 as its first employee. Mr. Amit held several key positions at VocalTec throughout the years, including VP Product Management and leading VocalTec's web enabled call center solutions development, which he spun out of VocalTec in May 2001 as a private Startup Company called Surf&Call Solutions Ltd. At Surf&Call Solutions Rami served as the Chairman and CTO, and led the company to an acquisition by CosmoCom, the market leader in IP contact center solutions. Before that Mr. Amit served in the engineering team in IET (ClickSoftware) and in the Israel Defense Force. Rami holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and several patents in the field of VoIP.
Ilan Endvelt VP Finance
Ilan Endvelt brings to Jungo an extensive experience as a financial, commercial and operational executive.
Prior to joining Jungo, Mr. Endvelt served as CFO at e-Glue software Technologies, a software company that specialized in real-time customer interaction management solutions, managing the finance, legal and HR groups. Previously Mr. Endvelt held the CFO position at PortAuthority Technologies which provided information leak prevention software. PortAuthority Technologies was subsequently acquired by Websense (NASDAQ:WBSN). Prior to working at PortAuthority Technologies, Mr. Endvelt worked as Controller at Cardonet D.S.O Ltd. and as Senior Associate and audit team leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Endvelt holds a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration).

Award Marks Jungo's 3rd Straight on Year Fast 50 List Of High Growth Companies
Jungo was ranked the 20th fastest growing company in Israel, according to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, which ranks the fastest growing high-tech companies both private and publicly held on the basis of percentage growth in revenues between 2001 and 2005.

Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year (2005-2006) Finalist
Some of Israel's most dynamic business leaders were awarded category winners in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurs Year at a gala awards ceremony held in Tel-Aviv on January 18. Five category winners were announced from which one overall winner was selected.
The overall winner will progress to Monte Carlo where he will compete with some of the world's greatest leaders for the title of World Entrepreneur Year.
