Taipei, Taiwan and Sunnyvale, Calif., USA, June 7, 2001 - UAT Inc. and Jungo Software Technologies Inc., today announced the availability of a complete broadband Integrated Access Device (IAD), the UAT SG -1000. Service Providers who are looking for a robust, 'ready-to-run' IAD can today utilize the SG - 1000 gateway to provide all the networking and high-level applications required by the broadband enabled home and SOHO markets. The UAT-Jungo solution will enable service providers to remotely offer their customers a wide range of revenue generating services such as Internet sharing, seamless "Plug and Play" home networking, Wireless access point, Broadband sharing and firewalling.
