Jungo Launches Converged IP-PBX Gateway Software Platform for the Home and Office

OEMs using Jungo software platform will be able to release to market IP-PBX gateways that minimize hardware requirements with an “all in one box” solution including dial tone, conference capabilities, transfer calls, sending faxes, leave voice mails, extension dialing with a high voice quality connection. Home and office users using Jungo’s powered gateways will enjoy new advanced features not possible on traditional PBXs, reducing total cost of ownership and increasing efficiency with simplified management and administration. As the VoIP market is quickly becoming a reality, IP-PBXs emerge as the next hot item in the IP world. Worldwide IP- PBX line shipments will exceed traditional PBX line shipments for the first time in 2005 and the total IP-PBX market is forecasts to grow by an annual growth rate of 6.6% through 2009 reaching sales hit of $1.2 billion in 2005. “Our customers are faced with the challenge of introducing cost effective high quality IP-PBX gateways in the shortest time possible”, said Ofer Vilenski, Jungo’s CEO. “Jungo’s VoIP and IP-PBX software platform addresses these needs, with a robust feature set, small footprint, and high performance solution.
