Jungo's OpenRG™ Software Suite Integrated with Mindspeed's
Comcerto® 100 Processors Provides Complete Broadband Home

Newport Beach and San Jose Calif., January 8, 2008 - Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSPD), a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications, and Jungo Ltd., a leading provider of broadband valueadded-service solutions, today announced that the two companies have integrated Jungo's OpenRG™ software with Mindspeed's Comcerto 100 broadband gateway processors. The integrated product targets operators that plan to fully utilize their fiber access network capacity to deliver media-rich services. The integrated product is a high performance, Gigabit Ethernet and voice-over-IP (VoIP) platform that enables operators to offer their customers home entertainment applications, such as high definition IPTV and video on demand. The new solution has been selected by OEMs such as JStream Technologies for their next-generation broadband gateway and broadband home router designs.
