The idea of free and/or shared wifi has great appeal. There are huge numbers of wifi-capable computers around. Spectrum is free, and no licensing is required, so anyone with a wireless router can offer service. It's only natural to think that there must be some way to mix such appealing ingredients to cook up some real revenue. Still, there haven't been any great successes. Free municipal wifi in particular has been a major disappointment. But that isn't stopping Israel-based startup Jungo Ltd.
