Upgraded Silver SLA Package Terms We have upgraded the number of annual hotfixes available for Silver SLA Package customers, to allow more flexibility with code fixes.
The Silver SLA Package now includes four annual customized hotfixes instead of two.
A Silver customer can choose which four issues should be fixed.

Customer Feedback When an issue is resolved, we would like to receive your feedback regarding the solution quality and the time frame in which the solution was provided. Any other information you deem relevant to the issue is welcomed.
Once you change an issue's status to VERIFIED, a Feedback Form will be presented requesting your input.

Documentation Format OpenRG's HTML documentation has been improved.
In addition to viewing each chapter separately, it is now possible to view the whole file as a single HTML page.
This can be useful for searching specific terms throughout the entire manual rather than searching within each chapter.

Google Page Translation Integration We have integrated Google's web page translation into Jungo's web site.
Google's web page translation tool provides swift transformation of the original English web page into various languages: German, Spanish, Franch, Italian, Japanese, Chinese (simplified), Arabic, Portuguese and Russian.
Activating this tool enables you to read OpenRG's documentation, such as the User Manual, in your own native language. Although this translation is not perfect yet, it eases web page reading.
To translate the web page into one of the languages mentioned above, select the desired language from the top right drop down menu in Jungo's main web page.
