Jungo Makes Pandora Personalized Radio More Accessible for the Modern Motorist

LAS VEGAS,NEVADA, Jan 9,2012 – Jungo Ltd., a leading provider of automotive connectivity middleware, has announced the pre-integration of Pandora internet radio, the leading personalized radio service in the United States, with the Jungo automotive software suite to enable rapid deployment for in-vehicle infotainment systems.

The joint solution will be showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January 2012 at the Jungo booth #30769, South Hall 3 upper level LVCC.

The integration of Pandora with Jungo’s MediaCore™ automotive middleware enables motorists to stream and control personalized Pandora stations through a car’s audio system via a smartphone application; it also enables the display of station and track information on the audio system screen.

Jungo and Pandora have worked closely to integrate Pandora smartphone apps with the Jungo automotive connectivity middleware. Development has focused on support for the three major smartphone platforms: Android, Blackberry and iPhone. Tier-one manufacturers in the automotive sector will now be able to license the software directly from Jungo for a more seamless integration of Pandora into their products.
