Jungo provides an end-to-end offering for service deployment; service providers have the flexibility to select specific components. The solution includes OpenRG gateway software and the Rainbow application framework and cloud services. Service support and management capabilities are provided by Jungo’s Panorama, while Jungo’s HomeFrame provides the user interface for service access and control.

My Home Master:

Jungo’s My Home Master service provides subscribers with home network management, self care, and additional capabilities. A variety of services increase user satisfaction and lower support costs.

  • Home network dashboard with ‘quick action’ buttons for common tasks
  • Home network configuration: Wi-Fi settings, security settings, etc.
  • File access: access shared directories and files in the home network

My Children’s Safe Zone:

Turn your entire home into a children’s haven.
Jungo’s My Children’s Safe Zone parental controls service combines the benefits of the gateway as a connected home hub with the advanced protection capabilities provided by leading online safety solutions in the market. All devices connected through the gateway are protected, without any client-side software installation.

Jungo’s gateway-based service offers a simple and hassle-free way of establishing a safe Internet browsing environment in the home. It features a separate protected wireless ‘children’s network’ SSID for safe browsing by children on any home device.

Supported features include:

  • URL and content filtering via cloud service
  • Social media monitoring
  • Online time management

My Media Anywhere:

Access your home media from anywhere.
This service enables users to play, search and share media, both at home and on the go, on any UPnP AV compatible connected device. A wide range of media formats and metadata are supported.

A DLNA 1.5 certified Digital Media Server (DMS) running on the residential gateway enables access to all home media stored on an attached storage device such as a USB memory stick, via any device.

Public Wi-Fi:

Turn your gateway into a Wi-Fi hotspot, with no service downgrade in the user experience.
This service allows users to take part in a service provider branded public Wi-Fi network. The public Wi-Fi network is secure and fully isolated from the subscriber network and broadband performance in the home is not reduced.

A public Wi-Fi service gives providers the opportunity to enhance current subscribers’ experience, add new subscribers, and earn additional revenues.

Optional use cases include:

  • Allow existing subscribers to have free on-the-go service wherever they roam
  • Allow guest users to gain wireless access, thereby generating additional revenues and establishing relationships with potential new subscribers

My Smart Home / My Home Monitoring:

Easy to install and use services using the gateway as the controller.
Jungo’s software may be used to deploy home automation and monitoring services integrated with the residential gateway. The flexible gateway software supports multiple technologies (ZigBee, Z-wave etc), turning the gateway into the controller for devices such as detectors and smart electrical outlets. As a managed device, the gateway can be configured by service provides to enable simple plug-and-play installation by subscribers.
