WinDriver for Windows CE in the Tribune Buyers Workstation
The Tribune Buyers Workstation runs Windows CE and Chess eT used WinDriver CE for developing the software that converts all user interaction into Ethernet data, including audio , which is then digitized and compressed. The driver controls the digital I/O, like pushbuttons and LED indicators. Using WinDriver, Chess could easily access the digital I/O of the module, including the interrupt, without the necessity to have in depth knowledge of the Windows CE kernel.

"This is not the first time we are using Jungo's tools to develop drivers for our innovative products. We already had excellent experiences with WinDriver for other Operating Systems before using WinDriver for Windows CE for the Tribune Buyers Workstation." Said Erik van Egeraat, Technical Consultant at Chess eT. "We did try developing a driver ourselves but after finding Jungo's solution on the web, it was only natural for us to choose this easy-to-use toolkit."
