Eran Rom
CEO, Jungo (Corporate VP, NDS)
Eran Rom brings to Jungo many years of senior management
experience. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Rom was Jungo's COO
helping the company reach a leading role in the home gateway software
market. Before joining Jungo Mr. Rom served as VP of Sales
at Phonetic Systems. Prior to joining Phonetic Systems, Mr. Rom held a
Vice President of sales and marketing position at Identify software
managing Identify's sales and field operation including direct sales
force, partner and reseller relations. Before that Mr. Rom served as a
Vice President of Product Management at Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd.,
managing large-scale projects and new product strategy. Mr. Rom also
served as a Vice President of Customer Support and Professional
Services at Indigo America Inc.
Moshe Zimmerman
VP Sales - Worldwide
Moshe Zimmerman leads Jungo's business in USA, Europe and Asia, working closely with the broadband carriers and OEMs.
Moshe was previously the VP Sales at Flash Networks, leading the company’s fast growing software sales in to carriers world wide.
Previously Moshe held senior positions at Comverse Network Systems (NASDAQ: CMVT) where he built and lead the VoiCD Business
Unit providing end-to-end music distribution solutions for mobile operators worldwide.
He received his B.Sc in 1992 and joined Indigo (now part of HP) holding senior technical
positions in Scandinavia and Central Europe.
Ophir Herbst
VP & General Manager, Connectivity Software Division
Ophir Herbst brings to Jungo a strong background in business management and
first hand experience in developing successful software companies.
Mr. Herbst serves as Vice President and General Manager of Jungo's Software Tools division.
Before joining Jungo, Mr. Herbst co-founded and served as the CEO of MathTools Ltd.,
a software company specializing in integration products for MATLAB® and C++. Under his management,
MathTools grew into a profitable company with leading customers including NASA, HP and Motorola.
MathTools was subsequently acquired by The MathWorks Inc., the developers of MATLAB. Prior to founding MathTools,
Mr Herbst served in an elite unit of the Israel Defense Forces as an officer and electronics engineer.
Mr Herbst holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Haifa.
Arik Gilad
Chief Technology Officer
Arik Gilad brings to Jungo his extensive experience in the
software development industry, including a solid background in system
design and the development of information systems. Prior to joining
Jungo, Mr. Gilad was the co-founder and VP R&D of iDune a
technological pioneer in web content management. Mr. Gilad graduated
in Mathematics and Computer science from the University of
Tel Aviv.

Ofer Vilenski
Founder, Strategic Advisor
Ofer Vilenski co-founded Jungo in 1998, and led the company from initial product development to today's
market leader position in the residential and small business gateway market.
Prior to Jungo, Ofer worked for Check Point Software Technologies, a global leader in Internet security solutions,
and served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force. Ofer graduated Cum Laude in Computer Science from the
Technion Institute of Science in Israel.
Derry Shribman
Founder, Strategic Advisor
Derry Shribman, Jungo's co-founder, brings to Jungo his extensive experience in
the software development industry, including a solid background in system design
and the development of information systems. Prior to founding Jungo, Mr. Shribman
worked as a senior software developer for Check Point Software Technologies,
and held senior engineering positions at Optibase, a global leader in broadband
digital video streaming solutions, and Chip Express, an established semiconductor
manufacturing company. Mr. Shribman received his MBA from the University of Tel Aviv,
and his BA from the Open University, Tel Aviv.
