Email Troubleshooting
Sometimes your email message to someone at Jungo might be rejected by the Jungo spam & virus filter. Some possible causes for this are:
- Attached files that are potential virus carriers: Word *.doc files, PPT/PPS files, Excel files, executables (EXE) files, Javascript files, etc.
- Very large message or very small message.
- Messages with well-known spam keywords: $$, money, save, viagra, etc...
- Spelling mistakes to such keywords.
If your email message has been rejected by the Jungo email server, you can tell it to bypass the filter. This is done by adding "AVPASS" to the subject line, usually at the end.
For example: if you sent an email titled "How we can save money" and it was rejected, resend it, this time with the title "How we can save money AVPASS".
