Jungo's BTware™ Provides Seamless Bluetooth Connectivity Software

Jungo's BTware™ takes all the complexity and guesswork out of integrating a Bluetooth stack in the design of any mobile or tethered product. Today, Bluetooth is the de-facto standard for all short-range, wireless data transfer and is used by devices ranging from mobile handsets to medical equipment and automotive entertainment systems.

Bluetooth is also a complex protocol stack to implement; coming up with the correct specifications for a product takes know-how and significant time. BTware™ is a ready-made and fully industry-compliant solution for Bluetooth software connectivity. Smart device manufacturers let Jungo's BTware™ take care of integrating a Bluetooth stack into the design of their products, leaving themselves free to focus on their core tasks.

Jungo Unveils High-speed Broadband USB Software Solution

The recently-launched NCM USB solution from Jungo provides a communications solution for devices operating on high-speed broadband networks, such as HSPA+, LTE and WiMAX.

Based on Jungo's USBware™ and DriverCore™ technologies, the Jungo NCM USB Stack uses the Network Control Model specification from USB-IF, which defines how Ethernet packets can be transferred over USB.
The interface defined by the specification is optimized for high-speed mobile devices operating on broadband networks.

The Jungo NCM USB stack provides an end-to-end solution for mobile broadband device OEMs (e.g. USB external modems) high-end laptop manufacturers and mobile broadband chipset manufacturers.

Another Satisfied Customer for Jungo's WinDriver™ Solution

Rapid Automation Design, a leading embedded software and hardware design consultant based in Florida, USA, needed PCI drivers for the peripheral devices that interconnect with its TS-series industrial embedded processor platform.
After weighing the logistics and costs of designing its own PCI drivers, Rapid Automation Design decided to use Jungo's PCI WinDriver™ solution. WinDriver™ enabled Rapid Automation Design to complete the project under budget and ahead of schedule. It also provided a powerful debugging tool for the peripherals that the company integrates with its system.

Jungo's WinDriver™ automates and simplifies the development of user mode device drivers and applications for USB / PCI / PCI Express / CardBus/ PCI-X / and CompactPCI under all Windows versions, Linux, Solaris and VxWorks.

Jungo Foundation Member of Synopsys Alliance

Synopsys Inc., a world leader in software and IP for semiconductor design and manufacturing, has chosen Jungo to be a foundation member of its new DesignWare® USB Software Alliance Program. The program establishes an ecosystem of qualified USB software providers for drivers, firmware and stacks which have proven interoperability with Synopsys' DesignWare USB 2.0 and SuperSpeed USB 3.0 IP.

The other inaugural members of the alliance are emsys, MCCI and MicroDigital. Synopsys said that the alliance would "help designers to quickly incorporate USB connectivity into their system-on-chips (SoCs) with less risk, and provide consumers with the plug-and-play functionality required for PCs, peripherals, mobile devices and consumer electronic products."

Jungo's USBware includes extensive support for Synopsys' DesignWare USB 2.0 digital IP cores, and the company plans to extend its support to the Synopsys SuperSpeed USB 3.0 IP.
