Jungo Releases WinDriver USB/PCI Version 9.0 for Windows, Linux and Windows CE Earlier this week Jungo has announced the release of version 9.0 of its WinDriver product line: professional development tools for high-performance and cross operating system user-mode USB/PCI/PCI-Express device drivers supporting Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista, Linux and Windows CE/Mobile.

The new WinDriver version supports Windows CE 6.0 and Windows Mobile 6.0 operating systems and Linux latest kernels up to 2.6.19. In addition, WinDriver 9.0 enhances the support for Microsoft Vista to include 32bit and 64bit driver signatures.

Additional key features include new graphical user interface, new Streaming USB APIs for Windows and a Driver Name Change feature - All designed to further customize and facilitate driver development projects.

Jungo Announces the Official Release of USBTester Today, Jungo announced the release of version 1.0 of its USBTester product line: a software USB testing tool that enables USB developers to quickly validate their USB devices for USB compatibility, Chapter 9 conformance, mass storage functionality and performance.

With the release of version 1.0, USBTester now offers ready-made tests suites for chapter 9 tests, mass storage class tests and mass storage performance tests. In addition, USBTester is fully integrated with commercial USB Bus Analyzers to further shorten the development and debug cycles by pin-pointing the USB protocol deviations on both testing platforms.
