Using a specially tailored set of libraries, WinDriver, the market leading device driver development toolkit, enables you to dramatically accelerate the creation of high performance, cross-platform drivers for your QuickLogic QuickPCI® -based peripherals.

Using WinDriver you don't even have to learn how the QuickLogic chip works as the featured libraries include a ready-made API and a skeletal diagnostics code for accessing the QuickPCI, PBC, PDC and USC resources including interrupt handling, memory/IO access and any other resource and operation featured by QuickLogic chips.

Following mutual collaboration the API and diagnostics code for the PBC chip were developed by Jungo, while the other APIs and diagnostic codes were developed by QuickLogic.

Using Jungo's robust, field tested APIs and QuickLogic's high performance PCI Bridges and Controllers, it is now easier to achieve a winning design which can be used in a wide range of applications including telecommunications, networking, video/image processing, industrial control and military systems.

WinDriver's evaluation version includes customized skeletal code for QuickLogic PBC:

• PBC_DIAG.C - A simple diagnostics program that lets you access QuickLogic PBC registers and local memory.
• PBC_LIB.H - Library for WinDriver QuickLogic PBC API.
• PBC_LIB.C - Source code for controlling all features of the QuickLogic PBC, using WinDriver's API.
