What are the names of the entry points routines for your various DriverBuilder VxWorks sample programs: wddebug.out, pci_dump.out, etc.?

Just add "_main" after the base name of the program.
For example, the entry point routine for wddebug.out is wddebug_main and the entry point routine for pci_dump.out is pci_dump_main.
