Do WinDriver and KernelDriver support development of drivers for CardBus devices?

Yes. From a software point of view, CardBus behaves like PCI. Therefore, WinDriver & KernelDriver support CardBus in the same manner that they support the PCI bus, and you can use Jungo's PCI driver development tools and API to develop a CardBus device driver as well.
