USBware for Automotive was designed to support the specific needs of automotive device manufacturers.
USBware enables the implementation of USB connectivity in automobiles, allowing in-car multimedia systems
to communicate directly via USB with MP3 players, iPods, thumb drives and other USB enabled devices.

Typical in-car uses for USB connectivity include:
- Multimedia systems:
- Connecting USB flash drives within the car and enabling end-users to manage, use or transfer their pictures, audio or video files onto their in-car infotainment systems or radios
- Streaming digital audio or video content using PMPs, MP3 or MP4 players connected to the car stereo
- Providing high quality audio playback and steaming from Apple iPod and iPhone devices via Jungo's high quality and proven embedded USB audio drivers
