Please use the following guidelines when describing your problem:

  • Network Topology: A detailed explanation of your setup including network addresses and hardware details.
  • Steps to Reproduce the Problem: A step-by-step procedure describing the problem scenario including a detailed account of your configuration.
  • Actual Results: Description of the support issue outcome. In other words, what went wrong?
  • Expected Results: Description of the expected results.
  • Additional Information: Additional information such as OpenRG’s configuration file and network/console dumps may assist the support team when addressing the issue.
