Jungo Connectivity Ltd Named a Winner of the Prestigious Annual Creativity in Electronics (ACE) Awards for CoDriver in the Ultimate Products Category.

12 December 2017, Jungo Connectivity, a leader in driver and cabin monitoring software, has been named a winner in the 2017 Annual Creativity in Electronics (ACE) Awards for CoDriver in the Ultimate Products Category.  The awards program honors the best individuals and organizations in today’s electronics industry.

The winners were announced during a live ceremony on Wednesday, December 7, at the San Jose Convention Center, held in conjunction with Embedded Systems Conference (ESC) Silicon Valley.

CoDriver introduces a new breed of in-cabin monitoring systems.  It is based on state-of-the-art deep learning, machine learning and computer vision algorithms, that work together in harmony to provide the car with relevant and accurate information about the driver and occupants’ behavior.

Through the valuable information that CoDriver generates about the driver, car makers can now create safer cars and reduce accidents. Using CoDriver, cars can now know whether or not the driver is alert and paying attention to the road, and can tell if the driver is ready to take control of a vehicle in a semi-autonomous scenario. In a fully-autonomous experience, the car can get valuable information about the passengers and their overall condition while in the vehicle.

A panel of Design News, EE Times and EDN editors narrowed down the entries based on the criteria set forth in an online submission form.  Winners are determined from among the finalists by Design News editors and a panel of independent judges.
