Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Finance Administrator to join our team.

The role includes working with vendors and customers, data collection, assisting the sales team and general administrative activities, as well as being responsible for handling the daily financial activities within the company (accounts receivable and payable).

This position is part-time (approx. 3 days a week), flexible hours, with an option to expand in the future.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven work experience in a similar administrative role – must
  • Background in financial administration (managing accounts receivable and payable) – advantage
  • Hands on experience with databases, CRM and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be tech-savvy and have a strong eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
  • A team player with high level of dedication
