Job Description

The role includes:

  • Own and manage the full life cycle of the hiring process
  • Source candidates from direct targeting, social networking, and employee referrals
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (Hiring managers, HR Manager, TL) to ensure alignment on the specifications of each role
  • Research and implement the best practices to identify and attract candidates
  • Build your own strategy to grow pipeline of candidates for the different positions
  • Attend events, job fairs, and meet-ups to increase employer brand awareness and lead generation
  • Be able to create and manage partners (Recruitment agencies, service providers, etc)
  • Communicate closely with candidates to make sure they have the best candidate experience
  • Conduct reports and analyze data as part of your day-to-day hiring decision, including measuring results
  • Be part of an HR team, raise ideas, improve current processes and constantly think in a creative and out-of-the-box way
  • Optional full time or last year student that can work 4 days a week
  • Working in HQ at Netanya, reporting to HR Manager
  • Requirements

  • Student or graduated B.A in Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent – Must
  • Ability to work 4-5 days a week
  • 0-2 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter from placement agency/OS company – advantage
  • Hands-on experience and strong sourcing skills through social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, etc.)- advantage
  • Highly skilled in conducting behavioral interviews, candidate screening and evaluations- advantage
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self management abilities
  • Technical ability to learn and understand different tools and system in day to day use
  • Real passion to grow within the recruitment field
